Logistics concept study for the reorganization of logistics processes and production control

Optimization of logistics layout and control in Roermond, the Netherlands. From Roermond, goods are sent directly to the end customers, based on the order information that is delivered from the central SAP.

Production volume has risen sharply in recent years, necessitating a redesign of logistics processes and production control. In addition, the following problem fields play:
