The challenge of Johnson & Johnson for Van Looy Group was to integrate 14 country specific distribution centers into one EDC. From this distribution center, their clients would be distributed via two main channels:
- Distribution to wholesalers, direct to hospitals and direct to pharmacies, located in Europe.
- Pallet distribution to subsidiaries on a global level.
Van Looy Group supported Johnson & Johnson from the location study, over detailed engineering all the way to go-live, including the selection of a fit 3PL party.
