The challenge of Johnson & Johnson for Van Looy Group was to centralize multiple existing warehouses for medical devices and diagnostics into a new European distribution center. From this distribution center Johnson & Johnson serves wholesalers, hospitals and pharmacies, located in Europe.
Van Looy Group supported Johnson & Johnson from the logistics concept design, over detailed engineering all the way to go-live, including the selection of a fit 3PL party.
